NO POINTS DEDUCTED #4 All potentially hazardous food products shall be maintained at 45°F, or below, or 140°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (f) Observed baby bottles inside (infant room) stored inside non-functioning reach-in cooler unit measuring 52F; CDI all products taken to kitchen and placed into stand up commercial cooler to cool back down properly. Cooler will be repaired before using by staff and all bottles will be coming from kitchen until then. Center informed to call MCHD when repair is made. #34 Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). Observed numerous table edges collecting debris in need of detailed cleaning. #39 Keep all ventilation related equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (b). Observed vents inside (pre-school) room collecting debris in need of cleaning.
