The kitchen dishwashing sink shall be supplied with hot water at 120°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). Observed hot water reach 117F at 2 compartment handsink in kitchen. Director adjusted hot water at sink during time of inspection. If violation is observed during next inspection demerits will have to be taken. |

15 NCAC 18A .2822 (c). Water play centers shall be filled just prior to reach water play session. Water shall be emptied after each session or more often if visibly soiled. The water play centers including toy, shall be cleaned and sanitized at least daily or more often if visibly soiled. Water play is prohibited during the outbreak and investigation of communicable diseases at the site. EHS observed water play table on play ground full with water while children were napping. EHS educated Director on notated rule.
