Ms. Brown was present during the inspection. No Demerits Issued for the Following: 5. Observed Kool-Aid Jammers stored on the floor in the kitchen near shelving containing food. **Keep all food stored off the floor and in a manner that permits easy cleaning of the storage area. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (d) 15. Observed water temperature at 116F in the Kitchen at the two compartment sink. **The kitchen dishwashing sink shall be supplied with hot water at 120°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). 27. Observed after asking caregiver to perform a diaper change, the caregiver wash and disinfect diaper changing pad before washing child's hands. Child's hands should be washed after clean diaper and clothing has been placed back on and prior to caregiver washing and disinfecting diaper changing surface. **Follow the correct diaper changing procedure as described in 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (d).
