15A NCAC 18A .2803 (a) and (c), .2836 (15).Child care center employees and children shall wash their hands when required.- Observed music teacher from third party company entering preschool room and started teaching and engaging with children without washing his hands upon arrival. Ensure that everyone practice hands hygiene upon entering classroom and plan to stay and engage in the activities. |

General Comment:
15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). Storage in toilet rooms shall be limited to toileting and diapering supplies.- Observed wooden chairs in shared restrooms between younger classes. The chairs are used for waiting and monitoring toiling time. The best solution discussed with director at the time of inspection, only toileting related items allow to be stored in the toilet room. |
