NO POINTS WERE TAKEN FOR THE FOLLOWING: #4 - CRITICAL VIOLATION Observed refrigerator in young toddlers room with thermometer reading above 45F. Bottles of formula were being stored in refrigerator. EHS took a temperature of ambient air measuring 47F in warmest part of refrigerator. Cup of water in door was holding at 49F. Ensure refrigerator is capable of holding foods at 45F or below. Refrigerator dial was at 6 and was turned down during inspection. **All potentially hazardous food products shall be maintained at 45°F, or below, or 140°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (f) #15 - Observed hot water at three compartment sink only hitting 116F. **The kitchen dishwashing sink shall be supplied with hot water at 120°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e).
