Inspection led by Jamil Blackmon, under supervision of Shawn Blackmon. Mr. Richard was present during time of inspection. No Demerits Issued: 29. Observed can of Lysol aerosol spray stored on top of cabinet in unlocked observation therapy room 146. All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). **Aerosol was relocated and placed in locked cabinet.
