General Comment: #34. Wipe/clean trash can and soiled linen storage area within pull-out section of cabinet base.**Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). #21. Leaking plumbing fitting on hand washing sink in sun glow repaired at time of inspection. Continue to monitor draining fitting in base of hand washing sinks and replace if needed. Sanitizer and . disinfectant solution is wearing away metallic coating on fitting in base hand washing sink and discoloration is starting to show on drain fitting and base of hand washing sink.**Keep hand washing sinks clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (a).
