General Comments

17-CRITICAL VIOLATION-Hot water at areas accessible to children shall not exceed 120°F. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). Observed unlocked kitchen door and staff lounge with a Keurig coffee maker. Kitchen door and staff lounge doors shall stay locked. Notes- Remove hot box from kitchen. Hand sink needs to stay accessible. Proper procedures need to be followed for food prep, wash all fruit at prep sink. Make sure you have quat test kit to check sanitizer strength at 3-comp sink. Room F15 is approved for use as an infant room. Must be approved by DCDEE before use with infants.

How i know it's not working properly-repeat violation during inspections and a 52F temperature variation in 1 building with 1 plumbing system.
