No demerits were issued for the following: 5. Observed bulk milk brought from home with a date of 8/1 and 8/2 in rooms F3 and F103. Ensure that bulk milk brought from home is being sent back home at the end of the week and new milk is provided after the weekend. **All food shall be stored and handled in a manner that protects it from contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (d),(f), .2807 (b), and .2808 (e). 32. Observed mats stored with linen on mats touching. Spoke with director about removing linen from mats before storing them to prevent cross contamination. **Sleeping mats, cribs, and cots shall be stored to prevent contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (a).
