No demerits were issued for the following: 17. Observed hot water reach 123F during inspection. CRITICAL VIOLATION. Maintenance was on sight and adjusted the water heater so that the water was oly reaching 92F by the end of the inspection. **Hot water at areas accessible to children shall not exceed 120°F. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e).
