No demerits were taked for the following: 5. Observed bag of cereal not properly sealed in the kitchen. Bag of cereal was placed in ziploc bag. **Store all foods in approved re-sealable bags or containers once opened. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (a) Note: the lead water results were not listed on the Clean Water for Carolina Kids website. Spoke with Director who informed me that the sample was collected on 10/31/20. Pictures of the certificates were sent to Shawn. Veronie Gamble was present during the inspection.
