Observed disinfectant solution too weak. Disinfectant shall be 500ppm-800ppm. PRoperly mixed disinfectant properly made at time of inspection. No diaper changing take place at center. Prepare disinfectant between 500-800 ppm chlorine daily. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (c ) and .2801 (7).
General Comment: #37. Paint edge of door to classroom where laminate came off exposing bare/press wood. Ms. Gamble and Ms. Spring present at time of inspection. GOOD JOB! |
