General Comments

#5 - Observed personal half-gallon of milk in the infant room dated with the opened date but not the child's name or date brought into facility. Ensure all personal food items brought in are labeled with the child's name and date brought in. #12 - Observed refrigerator in infant room with thermometer reading 50F. EHS placed thermopen in warmest part of refrigerator where it measured 50F. Refrigerator dial was adjusted and ambient air temperature was 42F by the end of inspection in infant room. **Keep all food service equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (f) #34 - Observed a few damaged cardboard blocks in the 2's room. Observed fraying couches in the older toddlers rooms and in the 2's room. Observed rusted music toys in the 3's room. Overall, toys were in good repair throughout majority of facility.
