No demerits were issued for the following: 21. Observed lid missing off the back of the toilet in the girl's restroom. Needs to be replaced. **Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). 27. Observed spray bottle missing a label identifying the product. Ensure that all bottles are labeled with their contents. **All cleaning and disinfectant solutions shall be properly labeled (i.e. soapy water, disinfectant). 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (c ) and .2820 (c ).
