General Comments

#12 - Observed freezer in kitchen area out-of-order. Repair or remove freezer. #21 - Observed build-up on the bottom of the toilet in the girls bathroom. #22 - Observed soap dispenser not working properly in the girls bathroom. Soap was present but did not come out of dispenser. Dispenser was repaired during inspection. #31 - Observed organization needed in the storage closet off of the main room. Observed baskets for children to store their personal items not labeled. Label bins with child's name to ensure bin is being used for one individual child only.

Lights are adjacent and cause that specific area of the room to be dark. Light bulbs must be shatterproof or shielded. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (a). Lighting shall be capable of illumination to at least 10 foot-candles of light, 30 inches above the floor in areas describe in 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (a).
