General Comment: #29.Observed closet where floor cleaning machine and chemical are stored unlocked. KEEP HAZARDOUS PRODUCTS LOCKED AWAY AT ALL TIMES! Closet door locked at time of inspection!**All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). #30. Observed sanitizer solution in kitchen area not labeled and fading marking on sanitizer and disinfectant bottles. Sanitizer bottle labeled and fading label on bottles relabeled at time of inspection.**All sanitizing solutions shall be labeled with the word "sanitizer". 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (c ).
