15A NCAC 18A .2804 (d) Formula and other beverages that require refrigeration, baby food that has been opened, and human milk shall be labeled with the name of the child to whom the beverage, baby food, or milk belongs.- Observed in Two’s classroom refrigerator, there is individual carton of milk opened without labeling with name and date opening. Milk was provided by the center. Ensure to label with name of the individual and date that is opened. |

Observed Vaseline in drawer PreK stored less than 5ft. Ensure to keep all non hazardous items at 5ft or higher at all time.

All walls and ceilings shall be free of peeling, flaking, chalking, or otherwise deteriorating paint.- Observed dust cover on AC vents on ceiling in Preschool 1 and 2. Light shield cover filled with dead bugs/dusts in Preschool 1 and 2, PreK. Details cleaning needed. Keep clean. |
