#15 Observed kitchen water at compartment sink reaching 118. Adjust water to maintain 120F. Provisional classification will be issued next inspection if water does not meet specific temperature. #22 Observed paper towels not present at class hand sink and in girls restroom of after school room. Provide paper towels at all hand sinks. #26 Observed soapy water solutions not labeled. Label all cleaning solutions. Observed caregiver keep on same gloves when completing diaper change in Infant room B. Follow proper diaper changing procedure. #30 Organize closet with washer and dryer to facilitate easy cleaning. #32 Observed rips in crib mats at corners on both sides of infant room. Replace or repair mats. #49 Observed tricycles that had rust deposits present and seats cracked.Ms. Jackson was present during inspection.
