This service request is about an Employee infected with Shigellosis, and a symptomatic child.-Spoke with Ms. Linda Jackson, the Director.-Per Ms. Jackson, everything in the Twaddler room including the toys, tables, toilets, counters, and door knobs were sprayed with Lysol disinfectant spray.-Per Ms. Jackson the ill employee has been out since Monday (1/6/2014), and will not be able to return without a doctor's note. The same information was provided by Ms. Jackson about the symptomatic child.-Per Ms. Jackson, in addition to the ill employee and the symptomatic child, 2 other children were sent out and will not be able to return without a doctor's note.-Proper cleaning, handwashing, and diaper changing procedures were discussed.-Refer to the inspection done on Wednesday, 1/8/2014 for all violations observed.Ms. Linda Jackson present. |
