15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a) Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed cabinets under sinks in several classrooms with debris build up. Needs cleaning. REPEAT.
Observed wear and small tears on cushioned couches in classroom #3. Director showed EHS order receipt for replacement couch due to arrive this week. |
