Temperature needs to fall within allowable range. **Hot water shall be maintained between 80°F and 110°F at handwashing sinks accessible to children. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). 37. Observed one ceiling tile with water staining around the exhaust vent in room 4's restroom. Ensure leak is not ongoing and replace ceiling tile. **Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.
