Thoroughly clean hand washing sink basin between room 2 and room 1. ***Keep hand washing sinks clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (a). #27. Observed paper work stored /placed on diaper changing table in room 3. No storage on diaper changing table except diaper changing supplies. Paper work removed from diaper changing table.**Keep the diaper changing table free of non-diaper changing related storage. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (b). #44. Remove old pallet and desk from dumpster corral area. Sweep grounds in dumpster corral area.***Solid wastes shall be disposed of in a manner that prevents insect breeding and public nuisances. 15A NCAC 18A .2830 (d). #49.
