Wipe/clean wall under paper towel dispenser in room 1. ***Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. #39. WIpe/clean window blinds in room 4.***Keep all light fixtures clean and in good repair. .15A NCAC 18A .2826 (a). #44. Observed pallets stored in dumpster corral area. Remove pallets from premises. ***Solid wastes shall be disposed of in a manner that prevents insect breeding and public nuisances. 15A NCAC 18A .2830 (d).
