General Comment: #12. Wipe/clean exterior of cabinet door around handles. Observed leaking faucet fixture on two compartment sink in kitchen. Repair leaking faucet fixture on two compartment sink. Observed exterior of cambro unit(hot and cold boxes) soiled in kitchen area. Food is catered in from another location. THOROUGHLY CLEAN EXTERIOR OF CAMBRO UNIT(HOT AND COLD BOXES) USED TO TRANSPORT FOOD! Keep all food service equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (f) #37. Wipe/clean wall around hand washing sink and under paper towel dispenser in classrooms.**Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.
