NO DEMERITS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #20. In child care centers, areas accessible to children shall be free of identified lead poisoning hazards as defined in G.S. 130A-131.7(7). Observed no documentation that center has completed lead water sampling. Center has until April 1, 2021 to come into compliance with NC State law.
