Tracy Harris was present during the inspection.#46 - Note: No CCA treated wood present.#37 - The carpets were last extraction cleaned on 8/9/2013 #32 - Observed mattress/padding was added to the pack-and-plays used for napping. **Manufacturer warining advises no to add mattresses or padding to product. This department recommends using cribs for napping.#30 - Observed the kitchen sanitizer was labeled "disingectant. **All chlorine sanitizing solutions shall be labeled with the word "sanitizer". If a commercial disinfectant is used, the product's name must be on the spray bottle. See rule .2820 (c ).
