General Comment: #12. Wipe/clean area around kitchen cabinet handles. Clean catch basin for burners on stove.***Keep all non-food contact surfaces and equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (f) and .2809 (1) and (3). #21. Loose toilet seat tighten on toilet at time of inspection.**Keep toilets and urinals clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). #27. Touch-up paint chipped spot on diaper change table railing.**Diaper changing surface must be easily cleanable, non-absorbent, smooth, and intact. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (b). #49. The tricycle with damaged basket removed from playground area at time of inspection. Replace small piece of vinyl siding from back corner of daycare. Front corner of roof and soffit on daycare has been repaired. Still want to repair roof on house/daycare. Observed roof buckling.
