General Comment: #27. Observed some rust showing through paint on metal railing on diaper changing table and a rust spot on railing. Repaint or replace diaper changing table with rust spot present and rust showing through paint. **Diaper changing surface must be easily cleanable, non-absorbent, smooth, and intact. 15A NCAC 18A .2819 (b). #32. Observed some damaged mats not being used kept in storage. Recommend just discarding old damaged mats and not keeping old mats in storage.**Keep all mats, cots, and cribs clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (a). Ms. Chantell McDaniel present at time of inspection.
