General Comment: #5. Observed employee food in zip loc bag stored in refrigeration unit above daycare food. Label employee food brought from home and store employee food below and away from daycare food products.**All food . shall be stored and handled in a manner that protects it from contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (d),(f), .2807 (b), and .2808 (e). #12. Wipe/clean shelving area within cabinet area below hand washing sink and two compartment sink in kitchen area. Check plumbing fixture under house to make sure no plumbing fixtures are leaking.**Keep all non-food contact surfaces and equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2812 (f) and .2809 (1) and (3). #34. Wipe/dust television monitor and cable box receiver.** Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b).
