Mrs. Jean Samuel was present during the inspection.#5 - Observed the caregiver wash fresh kale from the garden in the dish washing sink without clean and sanitizing the sink first. **Vegetable/fruit washing handout was provided.#23 - Observed no hand washing sign was posted at the kitchen hand washing sink. **Hand washing signs must be posted at all hand washing areas.#37 - Observed the restroom wall tiles were not finished with grout. **Restroom walls must be smooth and easily cleanable.
