Food was discarded. **Store all foods in approved re-sealable bags or containers once opened. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (a) 13. Observed single service articles stored on the floor under shelving in the kitchen. Items needs to be relocated. Director stated that those items were not used. **Single-service articles must be kept clean and protected from contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .2809 (8), .2814 (a) and (b). 32. Observed torn mats in Infant 1 and 2 rooms. Needs to be replaced. **Keep all mats, cots, and cribs clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (a).
