Keep all hazardous items locked away. #34--Observed dust build up in crevices of hard, stationary toys (cars, racetracks, etc). Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). NOTE: Observed tree fallen on playground equipment and building on Preschool side. Lightening struck tree. Workers are on site.
