Clean return air vents in classroom and hallway area. Secure light shield and vent in 3's/4's/5's bathroom. Clean light shield in toddler bathroom. Provide light shield with end cap over light fixture in storage room off of kitchen. Observed light fixtures in 3's/4's/5's room has been replaced and unable to tell if light bulbs are shatter proof or shielded. Provide documentation stating if light bulbs are shatter proof or shielded; provide light shield with end caps over light fixtures.
