General Comment: #23. No storage in bathroom limit storage in bathroom to toileting, diaper cahnging supplies, broom and dust pan. Toilet cleaning brush and plunger removed from bathroom at time of inspection.**Limit storage in restrooms to toileting and diapering items only. 15A NCAC 18A .2817 (a). #34. Damaged toy bin removed and discarded from classroom.**Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). #44.
