Sleeving of styrofaom plates removed from box and properly stored.**Single-service articles must be kept clean and protected from contamination. 15A NCAC 18A .2809 (8), .2814 (a) and (b). #34. Wipe/clean black milk crates used as shelving near kitchen area.**Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b).
