Observed faucet fixture on hand washing sink pitted. Replace pitted faucet fixture on hand washing sink in boys bathroom and monitor faucet fixture in girls bathroom starting to pit; replace if needed. Observed roof vinyl trim missing and old wood/flaking paint showing. Replace missing vinyl trim. Was informed by Ms. Putney children do not go into that area. Observed AC unit accessible to children. Fence in AC unit. Place a boarder/fence/barrier around storage located behind storage building. Paint door threshold and metal railing at front entrance---->lead swab test performed and reading read negative. Will retain and check swab tomorrow. If any thing changes on swab correction/reading will be edited in IMS version of CDP inspection. Keep the premises clean and free of dilapidated structures and broken play equipment. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (a).
