Observed roof trim missing and old wood showing. Observed AC unit accessible to children. Replace missing roof trim. Fence in AC unit. Observed high vegetative growth within playground area. Cut grass within playground area(steps, area near cinder blocks, boat, etc.) Was informed by Mrs. Gary that boat stored behind/beside playground area is going to be converted to a toy fixture on the playground. Observed storage behind storage shed. Recommend storing items behind daycare and building a fence to prevent children from getting behind daycare. |
