NO DEMERITS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #44. Solid waste must be covered, and dumpster area must be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2830 (c ) and (d). Observed debris surrounding dumpster area. Keep dumpster lids and doors closed to prevent insect and vermin nuisances. 15A NCAC 18A .2830 (d).
