NO POINTS DEDUCTED #20 In child care centers, areas accessible to children shall be free of identified lead poisoning hazards as defined in G.S. 130A-131.7(7). Water sampling for lead is required before July, 1st, 2021; currently there is no record of center pulling samples. Director states that samples were pulled and sent in and no response was received. Director emailed all info regarding requirements and how to join and submit through portal. #37 Keep all ventilation related equipment clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2826 (b). Observed dust accumulating around outlet vents in several classrooms in need of general cleaning.
