Accompanied by Stacey Robbins from DHHS. General Comments: No Demerits Issued 15. Observed water temperature at 108F in washing machine and 107F at two compartment sink in kitchen. Kitchen is not currently being used. The kitchen dishwashing sink shall be supplied with hot water at 120°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). 21. Observed one bottle of disinfectant at 250ppm in afterschool room at handwashing sink. No diaper changing area in room due to age of children. Sinks shall be cleaned and disinfected at least daily, when visibly soiled, and when the designated use of the handwashing sink has been changed. 15A NCAC 18A .2818 (c).
