(NO POINTS DEDUCTED) #12. Observed kitchen fridge collecting dried up milk residue present at bottom of fridge. Keep all non food contact surfaces clean and in good repair. #31. Observed storage closets in need of organizing. Observed items stored on floor in laundry room and back storage closet in gym. #39. Observed dust debris build up on blinds in care rooms throughout. Keep all blinds clean and in good repair. Ms. Watt was present during inspection.
