Ms. Watt was present during the inspection. NO POINTS ISSUED 17. Observed the hot water at the hand washing sink spiked to 120F in the boys school age restroom and then lowered to 110F. **Hot water at areas accessible to children shall not exceed 120°F. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). 34. Observed an exterior toys bin with toys and stagnant water, and sticky residue on some toy shelves. **Keep all toys/furniture/equipment clean and in good repair. 39. Observed an HVAC ceiling vent was missing in the gym. **Keep all ventilation equipment in good repair.
