#11 Observed sanitizer registering above 200 parts per million (chlorine) in 3's. Sanitizer shall be provided at 50 - 200 parts per million chlorine. #12 Observed til foil lining bottom of oven drawer in need of cleaning and or replacing. Residue present. #21 Observed residue present on toilet seat in 3's restroom. Bathrooms shall be cleaned daily and when visibly soiled. #22 Observed paper towels not present in both front and back staff restrooms. Provide paper towels. #26 Observed disinfectant registering about 800 parts per million (chlorine) in 3's. Disinfectant shall be provided at 500 - 800 ppm chlorine. Observed disinfectant empty in 4/5's. Provide disinfectant #29 Observed white out and back storage shed unlocked at time of inspection. ALL HAZARDOUS ITEMS MUST BE BEHIND LOCK AND KEY. #32 Observed 1 mat ripped in 4/5's. Keep all mats in good repair. #34 Observed frayed floor rug in front after school room, with stained/ripped pillows in back school age class room. Keep all furniture items clean and in good repair. #39 Observed storage room lights (resource room) not shielded. Proved shielded or shatterproof lights. Observed hole in outer side of double pained window. Observed dust build up on blinds in 3's. Ms. Watt was present during inspection.
