Ms. Watt and Mr. Grier were present during the inspection.#5 - Observed a bulk commercial container of milk was transported on an insufficient amout of ice. **Milk must be maintained at 45f or below during transort and service if served out of commercial container; Milk may be served out of pitchers and the remaining milk discarded after meal service. #23 - Observed no hand washing sign at the hand washing sink in the kitchen. **Post hand washing signs at all hand washing areas. Provided hand washing signs for posting.#28 - Observed an albuterol inhailer without a prescription label in the 4/5's care room. **Ensure that all prescription medications are stored with the prescription label.
