Ms. Grier and Ms. Sandra Hayes were present during the inspection.#21 - Observed the gym restroom fixtures were not clean. **Keep all restroom fixtures clean even when not in use. **Keep handwashing sinks clean and in good repair. See rule .2818 (a).**Keep toilets clean and in good repair. See rule .2817 (a).#46- No CCA treated wood present.
