No demerits were issued for the following: 7. Observed no thermometer in second refrigerator in the infant room. Thermometer was provided. **Provide an accurate thermometer in all refrigerators. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (h) 33. NOTE: Per conversation, staff informed me that linen was in the cribs were changed every other day or as needed. Explained that children under 12 months must have linen changed daily or as needed. **Linens for children less than 12 months old shall be changed and laundered when soiled and at least daily. 15A NCAC 18A .2821 (f).
