Provide water at handsinks with temperature range between 80F-110F.**Hot water shall be maintained between 80°F and 110°F at handwashing sinks accessible to children. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). |

Today observed damaged carpet on stairs and in back of church near director office. Observed damaged floor tiles in kitchen area leading into fellowship hall. Observed missing rubber cove base moulding on base od wall in classroom area. REpair damaged carpet. I would recommend installing a floor transitional moulding. Replace missing rubber cove base moulding where base moulding is missing. Repair corner of walls and repaint throughout. Repair/repaint wall in can wash area.**Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825.Mrs. Denise McLaughlin present during inspection. |
