Observed leak at handwashing sink in Kitchen. Provider instructed maintenance to repair leak at handwashing sink. The kitchen dishwashing sink shall be supplied with hot water at 120°F or above. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (e). Kitchen sink water temperature peaked at 117F. Childcare provider instructed maintenance to adjust water temperature in kitchen to reach 123F. CDI
