Ms. Pharr was present during the inspection. Inspection lead by Savannah Parker with supervision by Tasharra Kenion. NO POINTS WERE ISSUED FOR THE FOLLOWING: #5 - Observed case of bottled water being stored on the floor in the classroom storage closet. **Keep all food stored off the floor and in a manner that permits easy cleaning of the storage area. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (d)\ #29 - Observed cleaning products being stored in an unlocked kitchen cabinet. Although, the kitchen door is kept closed and/or locked, hazardous items must be stored in a separate locked cabinet or closet. All hazardous items must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b).
