General Comments

Patricia Pharr was present during the inspection.#3 - Observed some Zuccini were spoiled in the refrigerator. Ms. Pharr stated that the zuccini were not served to the child care children. The zuccini were discarded during the inspection. **Food shall be free from spoilage, filth, or other contamination and shall be safe for human consumption. 15A NCAC 18A .2804 (a).#29 - Observed containers of non-toxic white board cleaner were stored on a high shelf in the care room. **All hazardous items and cleaning products must be stored behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .2820 (b). #46 - No CCA treated wood present.
